Hi — I point telescopes at the sky.

bortle.space is a small corner of the internet where I post astrophotography from my backyard (Bortle 6) and the occasional dark-sky trip to Cherry Springs (Bortle 4).

I started imaging in late 2024 with a tiny refractor and a cooled camera. Everything here is the result of many cold, caffeinated nights and many more cloudy ones spent reading forum threads.
